- Aerobic exercise

What is the MOA for pregabalin?
GABA analog: increases neuronal GABA levels.
What is Contraindicated for pregabalin?
Suiccidal ideation, depression, renal impairment, history of drug or ETOH abuse, CHF
What are the adverse effects of pregabalin?
Ataxia, amnesia, dizziness, neuropathy, abnormal thinking, vertigo. Chest pain, diplopia, edema, weight gain.
Should you abruptly discontinue pregabalin?
NO.
