breech baby scans
Arrange a hip ultrasound at 6 weeks is correct. A breech presentation at or after 36 weeks gestation constitutes a risk factor for developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH). This holds even if the infant assumes a cephalic position spontaneously before delivery, is repositioned by an external cephalic version, or is delivered via caesarean section.
