  1. Mark out a 30m distance on an even m firm suface
  2. Participants takes a rolling start so they are running at full speed as they hit the start line
  3. Timer starts once start line is reached and is ended once participant reaches finish line. Use 2 timers for maximum accuracy

  2. Participant starts in a face down ling position at the start line, head facing the start line

  1. Hold a 30cm ruler above the open hand of participant
  2. The 0cm mark must be directly between the thumb and index finger
  3. Non participant drops ruker with no warming and participant catchez
  4. Score is taken from where top of the thumb hits ruler after 3 tests provides an average

  1. Participant places their hand on hips and 1 foot on inside knee of opposite leg
  2. Participant raises their heel and holds the balance for as long as possible
  3. The score is taken as the total time participant held the balance successfully

A
  1. Participant stands sideways onto wall and measures height with an up stretched arm
  2. Participant jumps as high as possible and parks wall at peak of the jump
  3. This is repeated 3 times and the average distance between standing and jumping height is taken as score
