Four segment Split flaps, hydraulically operated, electrically controlled,

Batt bus fail, or when the aux batt is the only source of power

Aux batt only source of power

What happens to flaps if power to the flap control circuit is lost (batt bus fail or FLAP CONT CB)

Retract to UP, indications will be unreliable

How would you know the flap indicator is not receiving power?

Needle will point above the up indication

Can flaps be retracted if they have been extended with the emergency system

No (until maintenance service)
