Modulates oil pressure to maintain 100%Np (+/- 2%) without the PMU on
What will happen with PROP SYS SB pulled, PMU off, and PCL off? (ie uncommanded prop feather BF followed by engine failure)
Prop will not rapidly feather (reset CB)
