CUTOFF - deactivates control wheel trim switch operation

NORMAL - normal operating position

CUTOFF - deactivates autopilot stab trim operation. autopilot disengages if engaged

When flaps set to 40, flaps retract to 30 if flaps 40 airspeed is exceeded. extends to flaps 40 when airspeed is reduced

STBY RUD - activates standby hyd pump,
opens standby rudder shutoff valve to pressurize standby rudder power control unit

OFF - closes flight control shutoff valve
isolating ailerons, elevators, and rudder from associated hydraulic system

ON - guarded position, normal operating position
