Insulates the body and stores energy, sources are butter, cream, milk, oils and margarine

Makes muscle, hair, hormones and enzymes. The sources of protein are meat, fish, eggs, milk, cheese, nuts and beans

Vitamin C: Keeps skin and gums healthy, fruit, green vegtables and potatoes
Vitamin D: Forms strong bones, milk, butter, cheese, eggs, fish liver oils
