Made up of Nobles. (1% of the population) . Paid no taxes. Had 1 vote
Old Regime System: 3rd Estate
Made up bourgeoise- (middle class)- bankers, factory etc,;, Workers- servants, cooks, etc. and Peasants . Paid 80% of taxes (fake as fuck wtf is bull shit gotta hold their ground niggas keep it 100%) . They were 97% of the population. They had 1 vote (straight up not fair my ass)
Why was the Old Regime in France unfair?
dat bullshit of a systme was not fair because da poorest people had to pay the most taxes. explain that shit to me … ill wait. and da people who made up most of the population got the same amount of votes as the rest . flips table fuck this shit

They seized the building and killed some guards and the prion commander. They found and released 4 prisioners and paraded with the heads of the prision commander and guards on pikes. these nigga had to chilllllllll
Declaration of the Rights of Man
This shit happened in August. The national assembely adopted revolutionary ideas aka the Declaration of Rights of Man. It said “men are born and remain free and equal in rights” . Louis signed it but didnt really read it, or care or even paid attention to it so it was like a paper victory. Some example of the things on da sheet : Freedom of speech/religion, Freedom of the press, Right to be represented, no class distinction, and natural rights

Happened in OCT 1789, thousands of Parisian women rioted over the rising price of bread. They demanded bread and turned their anger to the kind and queen. 6,000 people marching to marie antoniette’s and fam from versailles to paries. Theses women are called fish ladies bc they were WICKED strong (how you like that luis) these bitches gutted fish with their hand what the fuck and they broke into versailles, their goal was supposed to rip Maria Antoniette apart (bitches had to chilllllll) but they didnt, only rip her bed apart and brought her back to Paris to keep an eye on her
