What is a late night operation?

A

A duty period that includes any duty between 0000 and 0600 local time

A

A local night encompasses the hours of 2200 to 0600 local time.

A

Yes. The duty period must include a 4 hour rest period where the crew member is free of all duty. The rest period must be in suitable sleeping accommodation.
Max rostered duty is 16 hours.
