Caput medusae
Elevated JVP - hepatojugular reflux
Ascites
Splenomegaly
Oesophageal varices - haemetemesis / melaena
Haemorrhoids / anorectal varices
Encephalopathy

Signs of liver failure
Jaundice, gynaecomastia and hypogonadism, palmar erythema, spider naevi
