~S20 = unlawfully and maliciously inflicting GBH or wounding
~ S18 = causing GBH or wounding with intent

1) AR = inflicting GBH or wounding (wounding = break in the skin, not internal)
~ psychiatric harm (r v burstow)
~ age and health of victim (r v bollom)
~ biological harm eg HIV (r v dica)

Max = 5 years imprisonment

2) MR = interns or be reckless as to some harm , not necessarily GBH
~ (r v paramenter) d need not foresee GBH , just some harm
