Hx: thick, odorless discharge, red, inflammed
Pe: diaper rash, vulvovaginal candidiasis
Tx: abx

Abscess and Mastitis

Et: Staph Aureus; milk stasis in lactation
Hx: malaise, pn, fever
Tx: milk removal; NSAIDs
If cellulitis: I&D, abx

M: dysuria, purulent discharge, freq
F: asymptomatic or same

M: asymptomatic, dysuria, white/clear discharge, epididymitis
F: asymptomatic, postcital bleeding

F: copious foul discharge
Dx: motile organisms in wet mount
Tx: metronidazole
