What is the transmission of Hepatitis A?
Transmission occurs through the fecal-oral route and is common in areas w/ overcrowding and poor sanitation.
What is the association of boiled eggs w/ hepatitis A infection?
The consumption of boiled eggs is not commonly associated with hepatitis A infection. If the boiled eggs were insufficiently cooked, Salmonella infection would be a risk.
From what foods do outbreaks of Hep A occur?
Outbreaks frequently result from contaminated water or food, with raw or steamed shellfish being the typical (and classically tested) culprit in the United States.
What does the accumulation of blood urea nitrogen represent?
Renal failure, heart failure, or dehydration.
