Mechanism of 3 common drugs

A

Antacid - buffer HCl to reduce symptoms of excess acid
PPI - Inactivate H/K ATP pump to reduce gastric acid secretion
H2 antagonist - block H2 so histamine cant bind and activate downstream acid produce
