Vulvovaginal swab in women
first pass urine in men
they should all have a NAAT test

what is the treatment?

A

refer to a GUM clinic
if NAAT positive then take swabs for C+S
screen for other STIs
IM ceftriaxone 500mg, Azithromycin 1g orally
