A

A

Hop then step forward of backward aiming for a 90 degree turnout. The working foot should be fully stretched (pointed) and pass through 3rd aerial. (counted & 1)

The break for the Flora

A

Spring RF, pointing LF in 2nd (count 1), hop RF, making a half turn to the right and taking LF to 3rd rear aerial (count 2), execute a hop brush beat beat with LF, making a half turn to the right to face front (3 & a 4), execute 4 shuffles (count 5 & a 6 & a 7 & a 8 & a).

A

Bars 1-4: Stand in 1st flat
Bars 5-6: Step to 2nd with RF flat, curtsey for 4 counts (bow for boys).
Bars 7-8: Step to left with LF flat (5, 6), point RF in 4th (7, 8).
