Rule in (Concordant pain):
- Hamstring Muscle tear

Rule out:
(- Lumbar Spine)
- Proximal HS tendon
- Sciatic nerve

Non-Concordant Sensitivity:

  • Hamstring Muscle
  • Lumbar spine
  • Gluteals

Rule out:

  • Straight Leg Raise (SLR)

  • Observation of funciton
  • Observation of acute hamstring tear
  • Bruising (if within 1/52)
  • Atrophy of HS and GMa if chronic/recurrent
