• Lumbar spine
• Gluteals

• Isometric HS test
• Hamstring Stretch Test
• Hamstring Strain Test

Rule out:

• Straight Leg Raise (SLR)
• Hip FADIR

Hip Extension - Reduced
Hip Flexion - Reduced
Knee - normal
Ankle and Foot - normal

Hamstrings 90 deg - reduced
Hamstrings 30 deg - reduced++

Hamstring Preliminary Tests

• Observation of funciton
• Observation of acute hamstring tear
• Bruising (if within 1/52)
• Atrophy of HS and GMa if chronic/recurrent
