Handwashing Procedure

Question 1

SOAP AND WATER

1. Wet your hands with warm water and apply soap.
2. Rub your hands together palm to palm
3. Rub right palm over left dorsum w/
   Interlaced fingers and vice versa
4. Rub palm to palm with finger interlaced.
5. Interlocked
6. Rotation of the thumb and vice versa
7. Tip of the fingers
8. Rubbing the wrist to forearm
9. Wash the hands thoroughly with water
10. Wipe your hands with different tissues

Question 2

ALCOHOL

1. Apply alcohol handrub sol in a cupped hand
2. Rub your hands together palm to palm
3. Rub right palm over the left dorsum
   With interlaced fingers. Vice versa
4. Rub palm to palm with finger intelaced
5. Fingers interlocked
6. Rotational rubbing of the thumb
7. Tip of the fingers in circular motion. Vice versa
8. Rubbing wrist to forearm
9. Dry your hands
