Objection after building value — “I’m gonna stick with my company”
Once we take care of everyone else if your one of the few people without your home properly treated where do you think there gonna end up
Look, you’re paying for pest control, and there are still bugs right here. Give me a crack at it — you have absolutely nothing to lose.
Objection — “They come more often”
They spray more often because their product doesn’t last. All that over spraying just drives those bugs deeper into your walls and leaves more chemical on your property.
Contrasting spray service, dusting benefit, factual fear mongering
( Their company) is sealing the foundation in and out. Trapping everything that’s already inside. We’re completely flushing out the walls so they die out here, not in there. (Long term the decomposing… maggots, roaches,)… DOES THAT MAKE SENSE
Why only quarterly treatments?
We only come quarterly because our treatment sticks, spreads, and keeps working so they don’t have a chance to come back.
Value — Where do other companies spray?
Other companies only spray where you see bugs — we treat where they hide: inside walls, all these cracks and crevices (point**), and the entire yard
Value — Crack and crevice treatment difference
We use a dust puffer to treat cracks and crevices directly. They just spray the top — we go beneath the surface.
Buzz Phrase : Most (switch over)
Most people I’ve signed up today used to be with them. They just wanted something that would fully flush and keep the bugs out long term.
Buzz Phrase — Ant colonies
Works with no bugs and if there’s hives visible on outside of the house.
By the time your seeing
A few ants (interchangeable ) inside, theres already an infestation. (full on nest) in the walls. Right now before July is when there starting that process.
“One of these hives” they’ve already established themselves on your property and are releasing a pheromone that’s attracting a lot of other pests (green light method)
Buzz sentence — Competitor comparison
They’re not bad — we’re just a higher quality service.
Backyard Transition
Let me show you what I mean real quick — what’s the easiest way to get to the backyard?
Price & Close — Standard pitch
Normally $349 up front and then it’s just (monthly) recurring. What I can do for you is if I fit you in with your neighbors, I’ll already have the products on the truck so I can drop that initial by $250
Price & Close — Discount push
Still unsure? I can drop it to $199 quarterly and get you full coverage — no pressure, I just want you to see the difference.
Objection — “I do it myself”
Perfect,I’m glad you see the value in pest control. I’m sure you know those Store bought products only kill what you spray/see— not the dozens of nesting and breeding sights in the yard and walls.
Objection — “It’s cheaper to do it myself”
Think about it like this Youll keep buying traps and sprays for the rest of your life. We’re showing up for one full cycle and doing it right.
You won’t have to be out here for another 2 years after we’re done either.
Objection — “It says it’s residual/contact kill”
Wrong spray can scatter pests — roaches and ants just relocate to new areas inside your home.
Value — Safety (ALL)
✅ We use safe, pet/kid-friendly products, professionally applied.
Value — Scheduling DIY
✅ We’re scheduled — you never have to remember to re-spray.
Value — Prevention
✅ We block entry points and stop bugs from coming back.
Bug remains fact
Insect remains release a chemical compound that attracts more bugs — DIY treatments often make it worse.
Buzz sentence— Spray long term cost comparison diy
The sprays your getting from the store wear off fast. You’re spending more trying to patch a problem long term than jusy preventing it properly the first time. (And it isn’t to late to hop on board )
Backyard Transition
Let’s take 30 seconds and I’ll show you why people are letting us handle it instead. Where’s your yard entrance?
Price & Close diy (easy and money)
Instead of spending $20–$30 a month at Home Depot, just delicate it to me — it’ll be a lot easier, for professional result’s and complete pest coverage, not just those (what their spraying for)
Objection — “No bugs”
Yeah, nobody’s infested. It’s what you’re not seeing — bugs build nests inside walls before summer.
I’d honestly love to believe that but it’s just completely unrealistic especially if you haven’t had them flushed out at least once.
