A
  1. Cognitive rest (limit cognitive tasks and screen time at home)
  2. Increase cognitive tasks (tasks at home 15-20min at a time)
  3. Resume modified school attendance (start w half days or certain classes and avoid gym, music, etc; limit homework to 15-20 min blocks)
  4. Increase school attendance (increase to full days a sx allow)
  5. Return to play
