-Archbishop of York (Richard Scrope), Henry Percy, and earl of Northumberland led rebellion as Tripartite indenture failed
-due to Henry’s burden of defence seen as financial mismanagement
-Scrope persuaded to disband his army with offer of a pardon + Scrope executed
