Fever 
Malaise 
Anorexia 
Arthralgia 
Right upper quadrant tenderness 
Jaundice 
Patients do not becomes carriers or get chronic liver failure (unlike Hep B and C)

A

(Labs) ↑↑ Serum transaminase (AST, ALT)
(Confirmatory) ↑ Anti-HAV IgM (active infection)
↑ Anti-HAV IgG (past infection)

A
