What are some post hepatic causes of raised bilirubin ?

A

lumen: gallstone, drugs causing cholestasis (fluclox, co-amox, nitrofurantoin, steroids, sulphnylureas)
wall: tumour (cholangiocarcinoma), PBC, PSC
extrinsic pressure: pancreatic or gastric cancer, lymph node
