The definition health and wellbeing, defines a persons Physical, mental, emotina, Spiritual and social well-ness to keep healthy.
State WHO definition.
That heath is a state of complete physical, mental and social wellbeing and not merely to the absence of infirmity.
Limitation for WHO definition
This definition doesn’t support spiritual or emotional wellbeing. This doesn’t support all five Health and wellbeing factors.
Define ‘wellbeing’
Wellbeing express the comfort, healthy and happy life. this senses a meaning and purpose
Meaning and Characteristic of spiritual health and wellbeing
Creating a meaning of life with your own moras and values.
Creating a self belonging or reflecting on beliefs.
Meaning and Characteristic of emotional health and wellbeing
To express to yourself on your feelings and about how you think and feel.
Creating confidence and resilience into yourself.
Meaning and Characteristic of social health and wellbeing
when the individual is able to make and maintain a heathy relationship

For example, signing up to and active sports group of your choice and if you can’t afford performing exercises at home.
What is it meant by peace.
It is known that peace creates an absence of a conflict.
How can peace promote health and wellbeing.
Promoting peace through health and wellbeing reduces levels of stress and enhancing your mental health precaution will reduce the risk of
physical and wellbeing injuries improving social health and wellbeing.
Prerequisites of health and wellbeing:
- Peace - Peace can be defined as the absence of conflict
- Equity - Equity is a concept that relates to fairness and social justice.
- Shelter - provides protection from the outside environment.
- Education - empowers individuals and increases their ability to earn an income.
- Social justice - equal rights for all regardless of personal traits such as sex, class & income, ethnicity, religion, age or sexual orientation.
- Sustainable recourses - by the United Nations is ‘meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs’.
- Stable ecosystem - balance is achieved between the environment and the species that live in an environment
- Food - ‘The state in which all persons obtain nutritionally adequate, culturally appropriate, safe food regularly through local non-emergency sources’ (VicHealth) is referred to as food security.
- Income - increases the ability to afford resources such as healthcare, recreation, transport and education.
How does perspectives of health change when u get older.
when youth, you tend to focus on social health and thinking that health only consists of a good diet. However, as you got older it should start focus on the perspectives. As the youth grow, they start to understand a more holistic view rather than a one dimensional view.
What do you do people value
- Friends and family as they put snd impact of the social acts.
- Enjoy their support when in trouble.
Thing young people concern.

- Study problems.
- Mental health and body image issues.
This cause insecurities to expand and proceed to gild an unhealthily relationship with yourself.
Define subjective wellbeing.
the individuals feelings and thoughts in their own lives and personal circumstances, often used to measure one’s happiness.
Describe health perspectives of indigenous and non indigenous individuals.
It takes a holistic view of health as it recognises that connection to land, sea, culture. They consider ‘the mother land’ and their ancestors pasts, whereas non indigenous Australians don’t out much focus on the spiritual past of land.
