Q
What is HMR?
A
Hierarchical multiple regression is a statistical method used to analyse the relationship between a dependent variable and multiple independent variables. It differs from standard multiple regression in that it allows for the inclusion of predictors in a pre-specified order, or “steps,” in the analysis. This approach helps researchers isolate the unique contribution of each set of variables to the dependent variable, after accounting for other variables entered in previous steps.
