Highs and Lows Flashcards

1
Q

What is a strong high/low?

A

A strong high/low is a swing point that caused a break of swing structure

(for this, we can go down to the 1M/5M “swing” points to get an idea for high/weak lows, but the higher the TF, the more reliable the strong high/low is)

Q

Using 15M bullish structure for example, what’s the soonest point that we can classify a 15M high as confirmed weak?

A

The point at which a 15M high is classified as weak, is only once price was unable to take out the strong low and has a bullish CHOCH on the 15M. This normally happens once price taps into a demand zone, but can happen without tapping into a demand zone.
