How do these beliefs compare to Monotheistic religions such as Christianity or Islam and to Atheism?
In comparison Christianity believes in resurrection where the body is raised from the dead and only once - to be in heaven with God.
But if you do not believe that Jesus died and rose again for your sins then your soul will spend eternity away from God in hell
Christians do not believe in Karma - the only way to get a good afterlife in heaven is to believe in Jesus as Lord and that Jesus died for our sins and rose again
