How did the American Revolution begin?
The American Revolution began because England was making the colonist pay unfair taxes and the colonists wanted freedom to become their own nation.

Because they were being taxed unfairly for everything, especially tea. The colonists didn’t want to be taxed for British goods so they started rebelling. One act was the Boston tea party.
