One concern that has been bought up on more than one occasion is whether or not the decisions that were made by the tribunal constitutional. Another concern that is debated is should foreign war criminals receive the same constitution rights as American criminals.

Research Paper: Threat of ISIL
Abstract
In 2001, America was viciously attacked by a terrorist organization. This was not the first terrorist attack in the United States, however it was the most deadly. In recent events, the terror organization called Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL), has singlehandedly captured the attention of many nations across the globe. This organization is viewed as a threat to the United States. ISIL also goes by name of Islamic State of Iraq Syria (ISIS) or the Islamic State. In particular, ISIL/ISIS has become a noticeable threat to America’s homeland security.
