Germany lost World War I – People were poor, angry, and felt defeated.
Germany was punished – A treaty made them pay money, lose land, and feel humiliated.
The government was weak – It couldn’t fix the problems, and people didn’t trust it.
The economy crashed – Many lost their jobs and were desperate for help.
Hitler made big promises – He said he would make Germany strong again and gave people hope.
He became leader – In 1933, he was made Chancellor, then took full control.
He became a dictator – He banned other parties and ruled with fear.

The Nazis used advertising techniquesy to spread their messages which played a major role in advancing the persecution and the destruction of Jews. It incited hatred towards the jews

The Nuremberg Laws were antisemitic and racist laws that were enacted in Nazi Germany on 15 September 1935
Kristallnacht, also known as the “Night of Broken Glass,” was on November 9-10, 1938. it was a widespread destruction of Jewish businesses, synagogues, and homes, as well as the arrest and imprisonment of thousands of Jewish men.
