Move everything from back of wall, including back table, ring stand, mayo stand arrange, drape back table, open envelopes, open ring stand, place glove and gown on mayo, open glove and gown

Scrub (KEEP HANDS UP AND DONT CONTAMINATE)

Open scrub brush and pick fork nails
Wet, scrub brush
Add chlorhexidine and add water
Put chlorhexidine up to 2 inches above the elbow
Underwater, clean nails with pick
Clean fingers 4 planes x10
Front and back of hand X10
Start arms 4 planes times 10
Turn on and control water
Start rinsing off, start at the fingertips and end at 2 inches above elbow
DONT CONTAMINATE
Keep arms up and in front

Dry hands with towel without contaminating mayo stand
Don gown and gloves (thumb to thumb)
Each time by backing away from table
Circulator closed gown
Throw mayo stand trash
Hold onto card in front of gown give the circulator bottom let circulator, spin and grab and tie gown
Get mayo stand cover, dress and tuck in towel
Make mayo stand roll, and a neutral zone towel
Organize table and place towel, make roll and a neutral zone

One sharp on mayo stand (all others on neutral zone on back table)
Two kitner on a Kelly, two sponge sticks, three scissors (curved, mayo, straight mayo, and a Metz), two tonsils, two Kelly’s two Addison’s and two babcocks.
