State the purpose of a Human Performance Requirement Review (HPRR).
When training is required either revalidation of identifying new training according to rate, grade, course, community, system configuration or fleet operating procedures. (When a procedure is missing from instruction found during a FCR)

Summarizes HPRR, links to CoP, date completed, POAs and Milestones and POC

Explain the correlation of a Formal Course Review (FCR) and the
HPRR process
The FCR focuses on the school house rather than the LC as a whole. It validates the efforts made from prior HPRRs and ensures course managers and stakeholders are executing training requirements and utilizing systems that went through the HPRR process.
Explain the process for findings for submission during a FCR.
Findings are resulkts from the assessments of courses. The findinds are published and action is taken when POA and Milestones are approved.
Discuss the purpose of Training Requirement Identification and Resource Sponsor Commitment
A committment from the sponsor is required to validate and sustain resources. No training requirements will be executed without written committment from sponsor.
List the three forms of acceptable actions from a Resource Sponsor identifying
the commitment of resources to a valid training requirement
