Generic structure to follow in approaching hypothetical situations:
RDPA
This uses the dimensions to solve the problem, bus by using the structure you will maximize the amount of dimensions you demonstrate.

Generic structure you can follow for approaching hypothetical situations.
- RESTATE the problem in synthetic form
- DISMISS some possibility as being impractical, unrealistic, inappropriate or inferior on merits (judgment)
- Explain PLAN of action in terms of priority of tasks. Explain your plan of action in terms of you assuming primary responsibility for acting to solve the problem. Use: IVMDI
- Comment on the APPROPRIATENESS of your solution. Use: FFC
IVMDI (hypothetical response: plan)
A way to explain plan of action in terms of priority of tasks.
- INFORM superior about the problem so that he/she is aware of it
- VERIFY the most important information of the situation
- MEET With all the relevant parties need diplomatic way (working with others) so as to enlist their cooperation toward a solution
- DEPLOY creatively all available resources to solve the problem
- INFORM superior at the end

- In terms of its FLEXIBILITY for dealing with contingencies (resourcefulness)
- In terms of its FAIRNESS AND OBJECTIVITY

- Always inform your superior

- Always do a checklist of what needs to be done when asking others to help
- Always follow up on plans that you put in place
- Rely upon your supervisor if no cooperation coming from people at the same level
- Seek volunteers or hire outside help
- Pursue damage control
