● After the فِعل (doesn’t have to be directly after)
● In رَفع status
تَخْرُجُ مِن أَفْوَاهِهِم
Comes out of their mouths
نَّحْنُ نَقُصُّ عَلَيْكَ
We narrate to you
قَالُوا رَبُّكُم
They said “Your Lord…”
ما شَاءَ اللَّهُ
By the Will of Allah
أَعْتَدْنَا لِلظَّالِمِينَ

قَالَ مُوسَى

يُدْرِككُّم الْمَوْتُ

كَيْفَ فَعَلَ رَبُّكَ

وَاللَّهُ يُرِيدُ

يُرِيدُ اللَّهُ
Allah wills
نَحْنُ مُصْلِحُونَ
We are peace-makers [only from Surah Al-Baqarah 2:11]
فَمَا رَبِحَت تِّجَارَتُهُم
But their commerce is profitless [only from Surah Al-Baqarah 2:16]
اِسْتَطْعَمَا أَهْلَهَا
They asked for food from its people [only from Surah Al-Kahf 18:77]
ضَلَّ سَعْيُهُم
Their efforts are in vain [only from Surah Al-Kahf 18:104]
