Q

Name the sacred elements that can be used to add layers of protection.

A

The elements are innumerable, but some are the Merkabah, the lotus flower, and energy fire.

Ask your higher-self to show you the best elements and alchemy symbols for you, also ask your benevolent soul family guides to place their shields around you to make it even stronger.

Q

What must we do after placing layers of energy shields to protect our energy?

A

Set your intention usings your own words.

Here is an example:
“For my highest good, without harming anyone, I shall be free from harm physically, mentally, emotionally
and spiritually all day and night. I’m setting an intent that no negative energies, entities, technologies, people or A.I. and all that means harm, cannot infringe upon this thought-form and intent”

This energy is very powerful, so make sure you always state without harming anyone and/or without overstepping any boundaries. If you live with other people that are not your spouse and kids, you can shield your own personal space but you cannot shield theirs since they have their own free will.

Q

What happens if we fail to heal our past traumas and dissolve our defense mechanisms?

A

Unconsciously we will keep attracting people and situations that will re-wound and re-traumatize us in similar ways that we were traumatized as a child.

It’s important to become aware of your defense mechanisms because they show up unexpectedly and they can sabotage your life, the way you see things, your communication, your relationships and so on…

Q

How do we heal our past traumas and dissolve our defense mechanisms?

A

Identify and find the root of your defense mechanisms.

When you learn how to identify your defense mechanisms and find the root of them, you are able stop yourself, take deep breaths, see the truth of the situation and respond from a centered place instead of unconsciously reacting.

NOTE: These defense mechanisms are not who you are in essence, those are the defenses that your ego uses to
protect itself when is feeling triggered or unsafe.

To shift your mindset, process your emotions, raise your vibrations and

A

Flow means to listen to your body and
follow its guidance.

58
Q

Why is life flow important?

A

We change every day. Our emotions and state of mind fluctuate; this is part of life. Ignoring what our body is telling us will lead to stress buildup.

59
Q

What are the main cycles we go through?

A

Contraction, expansion, and stasis.

They may last hours, days, weeks, or months at the time.

60
Q

What characterizes the cycle of expansion?

A

Those are times when you feel inspired or excited, when there’s a lot of movement in your life and when many things are happening.

60
Q

What characterizes the cycle of contraction?

A

Those are usually introspective times. You may be learning lessons, facing challenges, or needing more time alone.

Many people try to escape those times, but they are essential for our growth. In life we always have the opportunity to learn lessons and with each lesson that we learn we evolve and expand our consciousness more.

Lessons don’t necessarily need to be hard or painful,
sometimes all it takes is self-awareness, self-reflection,
willingness to trust and let go, and an open mind to learn new skills and abilities. These can be beautiful times if instead of trying to resist it, you allow and flow with it.

60
Q

What characterizes the cycle of stasis?

A

It’s a time of balance and integration from the contraction and expansion times. A period or state of inactivity or equilibrium.
These are times you may receive the guidance and ideas you will put into practice during the expansion cycles.

Often times people try to avoid these periods and rush into
expansion, but it is wise to fully enjoy these moments and
allow the integration to take place. You will most likely miss it when you are busy having no time to rest and just be. So enjoy these times for what they are and receive the blessings of peace and stillness.

61
Q

How can we cultivate a healthy balance between our divine masculine and feminine energies?

A

By learning to flow within the structure, we create for ourselves.

The structure represents the divine masculine.
The life flow cycles represent the divine feminine.
