Intubate and suck out contents ONLY if baby is depressed.

You do not need to bulb suction the baby before complete delivery or anything.

A

Donor (small) twin: IUGR and Oligohydramios

Recipient (big) twin: polycythemia, over-perfusion->polyhydramios, volume overload–> HF and hydrops
