Interferon regulatory factors produce T1 IFN.
NLRP3 sensor, adaptor, Caspase 1. Active Caspase 1 cleaves inactive IL-1b, activating and secreting.
Activated by microbes and IFNy. Produces ROS and NO for killing. Produces IL-1, IL-12, IL-23 for inflammation.
Activated by IL-13 and IL-4. Produces IL-10 and TGFb for anti inflammation. Produces GFs and TGFb for fibrosis.
Tumor Necrosis Factor
Produced by Macrophages and T cells. Inflammation, fever, weight loss, neutrophil activation.
Produced by Macrophages. Similar to TNF.
Produced by Macrophages. Creates fever.
Many cells produce, chemokine and activator for leukocytes.
Produced by dendritic cells and Macrophages. Tells NK cells to produce IFNy and become cytotoxic. Causes differentiation to Th1
Produced by NK cells and Th1 cells. Activates Macrophages and increases Ab response. Activates Th1 cells.
Type 1 IFN
Produced by Macrophages and fibroblasts. Increases antiviral state and activates NK cells.
Produced by Macrophages, NK cells, and Th2 cells. Suppresses immune system (M1 Macrophage).
T cell growth factor
Th2 growth factor. Targets B cells for IgE secretion. Increases gut secretion and peristalsis. Inhibits M2 macrophage
Eosinophil activator produces by Th2 cells.
Gut secretion and peristalsis produced by Th2 cells. M2 macrophage
Produced by Th17 cell. Activates leukocytes (neutrophils) and causes release of IL-1, IL-6, and TNF. Causes psoriasis.
IL-23 and TGFb
Th17 growth factor
Produced by Th17 cells to decrease barrier permeability.
