What is a clinical audit?
Review of current health practice against agreed standards designed to ensure that as clinicians we provide the best level of care to our patients and that we constantly seek to improve our practice where it is not matching those standards. 1. What is EBM
Integration of best research evidence with clinical expertise and patient values. Normal: combination of best available research evidence with own clinical judegement and expertice, taking into account patient values.
