What is an inclusive environment?
A
One which is designed and managed to allow people with a diverse range of needs and abilities to access and use it.

What does the Equality Act 2010 say / cover?
A
- Provides protection against discrimination
- Identifies 4 types of discrimination: direct, indirect, harassment, victimisation
- Extends obligations to ‘controllers’ of let premises
- Access statement and audit is required for all properties
