Prodrome: cough, coryza, conjunctivitis, koplick spots
- fever and rash same time
- rash face spreads down
- clears face down as well
treatment measles
supportive
preventative MMRV
measles f/u
can lead to subacute sclerosing panencephalitis
- SSPE sxs occur 6-8 years post initial infxn

- prodrome different:
- generalized, tender lymphadenopathy
