A
Is the measure of vertical distance above the set Barometric pressure.

Uses a primary radar system that is mounted to the underside of an aircraft to emit pulses towards the ground. The pulses reflect back towards the aircraft which give an accurate measurement.

The speed at which aircraft is travelling through the air.
