what is a human readable document?
may be read by a human but not in the form that that a computer can automatically accept as input

what are machine readable documents?
a document that can be read directly and understood by computer systems
what are some examples of machine readable documents?
qr code, barcode, cheque and online forms
what are turnaround ddoucments?
a printed document that has been outputted by a computer system and contains machine readable objects that will allow the same document to provide input into a computer system
what are some examples of a turnaround document?
parking ticket, utility bill
what is reliability of information?
the degree or extent to which the content of the information an be depended on to be accurate
what are the characteristics of reliability?
- authenticity
- relevance
- currency
- bias/lack of bias
what is authenticity?
information must be true or real
what is relavence?
information is connected or appropriate to its use
