A
- Unlawful killing of another human being

- Intent to kill
- Intent to do serious bodily injury + unintentional killing
- Reckless indifference to human life
- Felony murder

A
Unintended but foreseeable killing caused by commission / attemp of inherently dangerous felony (BARRK)

A
- Death of bystander caused by victim / police
- Co-felon’s death by victim / police
- Death after flight from scene

What is the difference between first degree murder and common law murder?
A
First degree is specific intent while second degree is malice
