How would you brief a visually impaired pax?
Let them touch the equipment if possible and refer them to the closest exit door
What is the procedure to be followed when you have a deportee on board?
The deportee must be the first to be seated and the last to leave, he must seat on the window seat, ideally 32 Alpha or Foxtrot
What is the procedure for expectant women in case of single uncomplicated pregnancy?
From 28 weeks to 36 they must have a fit to fly document, and if they are more than 36 weeks pregnant, they cannot fly.
What is the procedure for expectant women in case of multiple pregnancy?
From 28 weeks to 32 they must have a fit to fly document, and if they are more than 32 weeks pregnant, they cannot fly
What is a buddy system?
CC will have briefed an ABP besides a reduced mobility passenger to help when evacuating
When do PRM (reduced mobility) pax evacuate the aircraft?
PRM are the last passengers to evacuate the aircraft.

What types of restraint devices can be used on board for infants?
Meru travel chairs, Infant seat belt, Amsafe CARES Harness and some baby car seats
What are the CC responsibilities in relation to the Child Restraint devices?
CC shall prohibit the use of any inadequately installed CRD
How many PRM with a CRELLING postural support can we have onboard?
2 and they seat at 33 Alpha or 33 Foxtrot

Whats the difference between a Passenger Ticket and a Priority Passenger Ticket?
Priority Passenger Ticket can have a small bag and a cabin baggage
When should the safety demonstration start if a headcount is not required by the Captain?
After passengers are seated, the doors are closed and the slide is armed
When should the CC do Cabin Secure?
CC should prepare the cabin before take-off (after the safety demo) and before landing (when the seatbelt sign swichs on)
What is the full list of Cabin Secure Checks ?
Passengers seated; Seat belt fastened; IFD distributed; Tables stowed; Armrests down; Window blinds open; Hatbins closed and secure; Emergency exits clear; Baggage stored; Laptop other PED switched off and stowed; All items must be in aproved stowage; Light set to appropriate mode
What is the full list of Galley Secure Checks ?
Galley curtains are open and secure; All trolleys are stowed; Trolleys brakes are on; All stowage’s are closed; Galley surfaces are clear; Turn off galley equipment; Turn boilers off; All CC bags are stowed behind the trolleys; Lighting to appropriate mode; Ensure all catering supplies are secured
