What is Input
Data entered into the computer via an input device
What is an input device?
A piece of specialized hardware equipment that allows the entry of data into a computer
What is a source document?
An original document that contains data for input

What is a human readable document?
A document that can be read by a human but a computer cannot understand it
What is a machine readable document?
One that can be directly read and understood by a computer
