Local anaesthetic injection of the nerve to the facet joint.
Usually several injections given in same procedure.

Used for localised spinal pain

Facet joint rhizolysis, radio frequency lesioning (denervation) for the treatment of pain

Done when MBB have been effective
May get longer term pain relief

Transforming epidural / nerve root block / dorsal root ganglion block

Answer 3

Injection around the spinal nerve and it’s dorsal root ganglion.

Used for localised radicular pain usually in lumbar region
