A

When it comes to salary, I am open to discussing a fair and competitive offer. My primary focus is on finding the right opportunity to contribute my skills and continue growing professionally. Based on my research and industry standards, I understand that the salary range for this role typically falls within $80k to $120k. Q

Describe a situation when you disagreed with someone at work. What did you do, and what was the result?

A

As a technician for an IT project, I had to deal with a technician who was always running late. When I confronted him about it, he acted aggressively and defended himself. I remained calm, acknowledged the tight deadlines, and then inquired how I might help him improve his work. He then became more composed and told me about another project he was working on where he needed to perform duties outside of his job description. In a discussion with the other project manager, we came up with a solution that reduced the workload of the technician. He did an excellent job for the duration of the assignment
