A
  • What are the departments and the companies plans for the future in relation to Health & Safety and further contracts?
  • How do you anticipate me developing over the next 18 months to 2 years?
  • If I am successful, is there anything that I can be doing prior to coming onboard?
  • Will there be any projects or assignments that I can throw myself into straight away?
  • Will I be mentored, given an opportunity to bed myself in and establish how you would like things done?
  • How will you measure my performance? I want to ensure that I am continually doing the right things.
