Q

What are your weaknesses?

A
  • disorganized thoughts/speech/articulating (using mnemonics, self-studying “how-to” materials)
  • over-empathetic - taking too long with patients, struggle redirecting (just ask the next question)
  • laissez faire in my interactions - treat nearly everyone like they’re an old friend, but some people prefer to be more professional in their interactions (student, teacher role; mentor, mentee), and case presentations, need to take communication seriously at times - recognize when it’s formal case presentation time vs thinking out loud..
  • sensitive? perceived failures (negative self talk, worrying about what other people think)
