- Salt March: British government outlawed production so India had to buy from British sellers, united Indians
- Caste Separation: Gandhi fasted in protest, he didn’t like that the lowest class could not move up classes
- The Quit India Movement: non violent resistance, gave the impression to the British that India was ungovernable

- worldwide GDP jump between 1920 and 1970, more trade, WWII, people wanted more staff, people were making more money, better transportation
- Mexican Revolution: No one person can own too much land as long as they’re Mexican, use of minors, socialism, minimum wage according to occupation
